School Development Plan

Priorities for 2022-23 are:

  1. Phonics and Early Reading – To improve the quality of the teaching of reading with a focus on the teaching and learning of phonics 
  1. Curriculum development and clarity around curriculum intent – To continue to develop curriculum intent across all subjects and in the Early Years Foundation Stage 
  1. Quality of teacher assessment – To improve the quality of teacher assessment to ensure that accurate assessment is at the heart of curriculum planning 
  1. Leadership Development (including governance) – To develop leadership at all levels
