Our Church

Walsh Memorial C of E Infant School is a Church Of England Controlled School.

The school encourages an understanding of the meaning and significance of faith and promotes Christian values through the experiences and opportunities it offers.

The school is very proud of the strong links with St Peter’s church. Throughout the year the children, staff and congregation jointly celebrate seasons, life events and special times in the life of the school and the church. We are regularly invited to attend Church Services on a Sunday and to take part in the Education Sunday Service. We always support our church fairs and special events such as the regular pantomime. We celebrate St Peters Day in June with a full day of events and a family picnic with our Junior School.
